I'VE BEEN PROMOTED!!!!!
Whew. I was seriously nervous about it for a while now, thinking that it wasn't going to happen. Now I need to celebrate. So, I'm looking for suggestions on what fabulous thing I can treat myself with. To quote MS, "you have to let yourself WANT something first. let's start there. (sheesh)" Yeah, I'm usually not too good at that.

well, I really don;t know what YOU want - that's the point! YOU have to figure it out. You shouldn't let us decide what YOU want.

My last few promotion/new job gifts were a spa day, a fabulous purse and fabulous shoes. I think the spa day was the most satisfying.

I've decided that I'm getting a new laptop. I'm frustrated with my old one (which I got to write my thesis and has held up pretty well, but is definitely dying). And I want a shiny new piece of technology.
